Tournaments

Students take turns in sparring in a controlled, supervised, environment. When sparring students learn to both use moves they had been practicing, as well as to practice using defense moves. While other students look-on to report and give the sparring students constructive opinions, pointing out areas of weakness the sparring students need to improve on.We have many "in-house" competitions as well as outside competitions with a chance for adults and children to compete at any skill level and bring home a trophy. We also host demonstrations in and around our community. Maybe you too could be on our demo team!

Check out our events page to find out where local tournaments are being held.
