SCHOOL (Do Jang) RULES
Bow first to the flag and then the instructor when entering and leaving the school. This is to show respect and modesty.
Students must be dedicated and faithful to the school.
No jewelry is to be worn while training.
No food, chewing gum, or smoking is allowed while training.
All students must take pride in appearance of the school and assist in keeping it clean and neat at all times.
There will never be any sparring without the supervision of an instructor.
Students must not teach or demonstrate your art without the instructor’s permission.
No student or instructor may use this art to bodily harm at any time, except in an emergency which threatens your life, or the life of another.
The school is not responsible for personal belongings left in the dressing room. Leave your belongings at home prior to arriving at school.
No one is allowed in Kwan Jang Nim’s Grandmaster Lee's office without permission.
Students must obey and show respect towards all instructors. Always address them as “Sir” or “ma’am”.
The student must at all time exhibit proper conduct, both in and outside of the school (Do Jang).
Show respect at all times. Instructors and seniors may also include persons of lower rank, but of higher station in life.
All of Grandmaster Lee’s students are members of one family and should show respect and consideration to each other.
Never do anything to dishonor the school or your instructor.
Be a champion of freedom and justice as a person developing personal power both physically and mentally. The Tae Kwon Do artist has a responsibility to others led fortunate to strive to achieve freedom from fear for all, justice for those less powerful.
